This policy explains how The Second Best processes information when you use the 2ND Scan mobile application and its analysis service.
Information we process
When you request an analysis, 2ND Scan sends the token contract address you entered and the network you selected to The Second Best analysis service. The service may consult third-party blockchain-security and market-data providers to generate the result.
Information we do not request
The app does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, precise location, photos, advertising identifier, wallet seed phrase or private keys. It does not create a user account. Never enter a seed phrase or private key into 2ND Scan.
Technical data
Hosting and infrastructure providers may process standard technical logs—such as an IP address, request time, device or browser information, and error details—for security, reliability and abuse prevention. We retain these logs only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Service providers and sharing
Contract addresses and network identifiers may be shared with service providers needed to return blockchain-security and market information. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect the service and its users. We do not sell personal information.
Security and retention
We use reasonable technical measures to protect the service. No internet transmission is completely secure. Analysis queries are not used to create user profiles, and operational logs are deleted or anonymized when they are no longer needed for security and reliability.
Children
2ND Scan is not directed to children. Crypto assets involve substantial risk, and the service provides information only—not financial advice.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal data contained in technical logs, including access, correction, deletion or objection. Contact us to make a privacy request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app, its providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest published version.
